Casa Beyond scaled to $560K/month without raising CAC

We have been working with Casa Beyond for a period of time now, it is a premium home decor brand based in Australia with one clear goal:

Increase revenue without increasing CAC.

The challenges the faced:

- Poor keyword targeting

- Campaigns too broad to scale cleanly

- No SKU prioritisation

Here’s the playbook we deployed:

1. Segmented high-AOV SKUs

We grouped products by margin and conversion volume, then let the data tell us what deserved budget.

• Scaled proven winners

• Cut underperformers

• Preserved efficiency across the board

2. Built tight campaign clusters

Each campaign focused on:

• 1 Collection Theme

• 1 Intent Level

This created:

→ Higher CTRs

→ Cleaner data

→ Better signals for Google to optimise against

3. Optimised for ROAS, and not vanity

Every decision was made off three key metrics:

• Conv. value / cost

• SKU margin

• Revenue vs. ad spend at SKU level

The Results (June 2025)

- $560K in tracked revenue

- $208K in ad spend

- 3.92K conversions

- 2.69x ROAS

And we’re already pacing to cross $600K+ this month without touching the CAC.

What’s next?

Casa Beyond is planning a global expansion.

The best part? We’re reusing the exact same:

• Strategy

• Keywords

• Structures

• Only swapping in local market data

Because real scale isn’t random, it’s repeatable.

Cheers, Patrick.
