Ads are dialed, CTR’s healthy, CPC’s low, Conversions are embarrassing.

We ran the numbers, and everything should have been working.

The schema
The product feed
That’s when we found it.
Google was showing customers a shipping estimate of 4 days, but the brand actually fulfilled in 2.
That small disconnect was tanking buyer trust because who waits 10 days for a toothbrush?
We updated the schema, the estimate changed, and in just 7 days?
Conversion rate doubled.
No new campaign, no new creative, just fixing what was already there.
Lesson: The problem isn’t always the ad, it’s everything around the ad.
